Responsibilities
- Build and manage online communities across Slack, Discord, LinkedIn groups
- Engage users with discussions, Q&As, events, and challenges
- Moderate conversations to maintain a supportive environment
- Collect feedback and surface insights to product teams
- Organize online events, webinars, and AMA sessions
Requirements
- Experience in community management for tech or education platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and ability to nurture positive relationships
- Comfort with organizing events and community campaigns
- Familiarity with Slack, Discord, Circle, or similar platforms
