Responsibilities

  • Build and manage online communities across Slack, Discord, LinkedIn groups
  • Engage users with discussions, Q&As, events, and challenges
  • Moderate conversations to maintain a supportive environment
  • Collect feedback and surface insights to product teams
  • Organize online events, webinars, and AMA sessions

Requirements

  • Experience in community management for tech or education platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy and ability to nurture positive relationships
  • Comfort with organizing events and community campaigns
  • Familiarity with Slack, Discord, Circle, or similar platforms
