Responsibilities

  • Build and manage SwiftPrep's online communities across Slack, Discord, LinkedIn groups, and other platforms
  • Engage users with discussions, Q&As, events, and challenges that foster collaboration and learning
  • Moderate conversations to maintain a supportive and positive environment
  • Collect feedback and surface insights to product and content teams to improve the platform
  • Organize online events, webinars, and AMA sessions to connect users with experts and peers
  • Celebrate user successes and highlight community stories to inspire others

Requirements

  • Experience in community management for tech, education, or career-focused platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy and the ability to nurture positive member relationships
  • Comfort with organizing events, content scheduling, and community campaigns
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Discord, Circle, or other online community platforms
  • Passion for learning, education, and helping people succeed
