Join us as a Customer Success Manager to guide users to success and build relationships that ensure every candidate gets the most from SwiftPrep. Own the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to long-term retention.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding to driving long-term retention
  • Proactively reach out to users to ensure they're getting value
  • Work with product and engineering to relay user feedback
  • Create and maintain help documentation and tutorials
  • Monitor usage patterns and identify engagement opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or account management (4+ years required)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build genuine relationships
  • Empathy and user-focused mindset
  • Data-driven approach to understanding user behavior
  • Comfort with SaaS platforms
