Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Python and Apache Airflow

Build the foundational data infrastructure that powers our AI-driven features

Collaborate with product and ML teams to deliver data-driven insights

Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability

Take ownership of data quality, reliability, and observability

Contribute to technical decisions in a fast-moving early-stage environment

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in data engineering

Strong proficiency in Python and Apache Airflow

Experience with SQL and data warehousing solutions

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Comfortable with ambiguity and thriving in early-stage startup environments

Startup experience preferred — you move fast and take ownership
