Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of technical support, diagnosing and resolving user issues quickly
  • Reproduce, troubleshoot, and escalate issues with backend systems (Python, AWS) and frontend (TypeScript)
  • Document common fixes, processes, and workflows for users and internal teams
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve reliability
  • Automate repetitive support tasks and create monitoring scripts

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and distributed systems
  • Basic programming skills (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript) and familiarity with AWS
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
  • Empathy and clear communication skills
  • Experience in support, DevOps, or operations is a plus
