Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of technical support, diagnosing and resolving user issues quickly and efficiently
  • Reproduce, troubleshoot, and escalate issues with our backend systems (Python, AWS) and frontend (TypeScript)
  • Document common fixes, processes, and workflows for both users and internal teams
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve reliability and prevent recurring issues
  • Automate repetitive support tasks and create monitoring scripts to proactively catch problems
  • Be a voice of the customer, advocating for improvements that enhance user experience

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and distributed systems
  • Basic programming skills (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript) and familiarity with cloud environments (AWS)
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
  • Empathy and clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
  • Experience in support, DevOps, or operations is a plus
  • A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
