How do I start an interview prep session?
Go to Start Interview Prep, paste a job posting URL for automatic extraction, review the details, optionally set your interview schedule, and begin your AI-powered preparation session.
What does the unlimited plan include?
The unlimited plan gives you full access to prep generation, mindmaps, flashcards, PDF exports, and contact searches for $9 one-time. Run as many sessions as you need with no recurring charges.
What is Contact Discovery and how does it work?
Contact Discovery helps you find relevant people at your target company by analyzing job URLs. It searches LinkedIn, GitHub, company websites, and other sources to find contacts with confidence scores.
Can I track my progress and view past sessions?
Yes! Your dashboard shows stats and recent sessions. Visit Account History to see all completed, in-progress, and failed sessions with detailed progress tracking and results access.
How do I manage my account and billing?
The Account page has tabs for Profile (Clerk-managed), Security, Notifications (email preferences), Billing (transactions and receipts), and Plans (purchase history and details).
How do I provide feedback or get support?
