Terms of Service

Last updated: September 12, 2025

1) Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SwiftPrep (the “Service”) operated by SwiftPrep, Inc., United States (“SwiftPrep”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: support@swiftprep.io.

Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. Your purchase may be subject to their terms, tax handling, invoicing, and fraud checks.

2) What SwiftPrep does

SwiftPrep generates interview preparation content (e.g., tailored prep plans, company-specific guides, question banks, and cheat-sheets) using aggregated public sources and AI models. We don’t guarantee accuracy, completeness, or outcomes (e.g., job offers or specific interview results). Do not rely on the Service as legal, financial, or professional advice.

3) Accounts & Eligibility

  • • You must be at least 13 to use the Service and 18 (or the age of majority in your state) to make purchases and enter binding agreements.
  • • Keep credentials confidential. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
  • • We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for breach, abuse, or risk.

4) Plans, Credits, and Fair Use

  • One-time credits (“Single Prep”) entitle you to generate the number of report(s) stated at checkout (typically 1). A credit is consumed once generation successfully completes; if generation fails, we’ll automatically retry or restore the credit.
  • Subscriptions provide the monthly allowance shown at checkout (e.g., a set number of reports/month). Unused allowances don’t roll over unless explicitly stated in the product UI.
  • Fair Use & Automation. You may not script, bulk-generate, or resell outputs without our written consent. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that exceed normal usage patterns (e.g., unusually high generation bursts or scraping).

5) Prices, Taxes, and Billing

  • • Prices are shown before checkout and may change prospectively.
  • • Our payment provider calculates, collects, and remits applicable taxes where required.
  • • By purchasing, you authorize our payment provider to charge your selected payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

6) Cancellations & Refunds

  • • Cancel subscriptions any time in your account or via our payment provider’s customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid term.
  • • Our Refunds & Cancellations Policy applies and is incorporated by reference.

7) Your Content & Third-Party Material

  • • You retain rights in content you submit (e.g., résumés, notes). You grant us a license to process it to deliver and improve the Service.
  • • You’re responsible for ensuring you have rights to any material you upload or request we process. Avoid submitting sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary.
  • • We transform public information using AI. We don’t claim ownership of third-party trademarks or content and aim to avoid reproducing copyrighted text verbatim.

8) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • • Reverse engineer, scrape, or frame the Service;
  • • Circumvent technical limits or security;
  • • Upload malware, infringe IP, or violate others’ privacy;
  • • Use outputs to create competing datasets or models without permission;
  • • Violate any applicable law or third-party site terms.

9) AI & Output Cautions

AI may produce errors, biases, or outdated information. Verify critical facts. We provide the Service “as is” without warranties of fitness, accuracy, or non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers (including hosting, analytics, and model providers) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11) Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

12) Changes & Termination

We may update the Service or these Terms (material changes will be notified in-app or by email). If you don’t agree, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, with exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
